xyzmo's digital signature solutions can be traced back to 1912...
Trodat, Inc. (www.trodat.net) was founded in Vienna, Austria, in 1912. In 1951, the company moved to Wels, Austria. Today Trodat is the global market leader for self-inking stamps, marking products and laser engraving machines. On July 1st, 2004, Trodat constituted its fully owned subsidiary Trosoft. From its very first day, the corporate objective was the development and distribution of visible, secure marking technologies for the electronic traffic of documents.
After two years of intensive research and development, a product family ready to go to market was available. By analogies to traditional and simple working processes Trosoft’s vision was to make digital security as easy as traditional stamping and signing of documents.
Beginning with March 22nd, 2006 the founders of Real4You (www.real4you.at) and Dr. Gerald Cäsar bought jointly 100% of Trosoft.
The name Trosoft was changed to xyzmo on July 1, 2006.
Additionally xyzmo constituted together with Wondernet the subsidiary SIGNificant Signature Solutions GmbH for the worldwide distribution of SIGNificant. Since the mid-1990’s Wondernet has been the market leader in personal digital signature capturing and identification based on biometric signature data.
On February 14th, 2008 xyzmo shareholders bought all the shares of SIGNificant Signature Solutions GmbH and the entire IP rights of WonderNet Ltd. including the most prominent technology for biometric signature authentication.By implementing the merger, xyzmo-SIGNificant became one of the biggest companies in its field, an international company with offices in Austria, USA, Israel and Germany.
